affairs turn to relationship

Hello am 29 newly married I have being having an affair for over 3months now. Basically because since I married my husband never lived together we live in two separate countries AFRICA and Europe so I met this recent guy he really shows that he likes never felt this way about a guy but the confusing part is he knows am married but he doesn't want to leave neither do I it's getting stronger the question now is should I divorce or stay married or should I quite the affair?
