spotting/bleeding 8 weeks?

Is anyone having spotting and also (red) bleeding when wiping? Getting so nervous. My stomach is also lightly cramping 😞 I had a U/S yesterday baby was good, good heartbeat and cervix was closed. I didn't have this with my first pregnancy.

If you got a transvaginal I bet that's why. My friend told me to expect cramping the next day and possibly spot. I haven't got one yet not until Wednesday but I heard it's normal after one.

Did they say anything about a subchorionic bleed? It's a tiny tear that can cause bleeding, but generally doesn't harm the baby.

I had red spotting on Tuesday, I freaked out (have had 5 losses). I went to the dr the same day, had a sonogram & everything was perfect! 11w3d

Same thing here. I'm 8 weeks with my second and have been spotting since week 4. I have had two ultrasounds because of this and everything looks fine my Dr says. It is super scary for me too because I didn't have any of this with my first. I'm also have pretty heavy cramping. Let's just try to stay positive. 🙏 My dr said it could be from the baby's sack attaching to the uterine wall. Some woman have bleeding during this and some don't she said.
