when to tell work?
Here's my predicament. Just this week I was hired permanently. I was in a temporary position for 6 months. I am moving to a new dept with a new manager. I will be about 13 weeks when I move into the new position. Should I tell them now, when I move or wait a few weeks after I transition? I feel like they are going to be upset. I am nervous!!
