bras=sore nipples
Okay so I don't wear bras too often. Because I just don't like them. But I've been wearing them a little more recently and my nipples are slightly sore when I take them off. Especially with sports bras if I wear them all day. Is that normal? My period is also due next week not sure if that could effect anything?
