I'm 4weeks and 5days now and have already started getting pretty constant morning sickness. But I have never been more please to feel nauseous in my life. I had a few hours last night where I didn't feel nauseous at all and I found myself freaking out a bit. Turns out I had nothing to worry about.... today has been the worst morning sickness I've had so far. Yay for reassuring symptoms.
