Wtf is this (graphic image: blood)

So my period ended exactly a week ago I had unprotected sex on Saturday and then I took a plan b pill the following day. It's currently the following Friday and when I went to the bathroom to pee then wiped myself I saw this. What the hell is this? Is this normal?
