nursing pillow to hospital?

Should I bring my nursing pillow to the hospital or will that just be too much stuff?

I wish I would have brought mine, it would have made breastfeeding so much easier

At my hospital class they said you can if you really want, but for most moms they'll still be too big in the first few days to use it appropriately.

I brought mine. Used it to nurse and when baby wasn't in my arms it was a nice thing to cuddle with lol.

I brought mine, as well as my normal pillow for sleeping. I didn't end up using the nursing pillow at all though, even for the first couple weeks I didn't. I had an emergency c-section and the pressure from the pillow was too uncomfortable for myself.

I took mine with my first and really I didn't use it much for actual nursing. thinking back, I don't remember why I didn't use it. Maybe it was too big and in the way when trying at first? I really can't remember. That being said, I'm still bringing it with me this time because once I got home with my first, I used that thing religiously every feeding for months and months. I'm only packing one overnight bag (baby's stuff is in my bag), so I'll have the pillow and the bag and that's it. I don't think that's too much! (The first time I had the pillow, baby bag, and a hugeee duffel bag- way too much haha).
