So earlier this month I felt dizzy for like two weeks and kinda like I was pregnant. I knew I was pregnant with my daughter I was nauseous and sick before the positive came back on the test. I'm not on bc and not on any medication. we would like a another but kinda just letting things happen if they will. I've been off bc for 6mths + we've been using withdrawal method it's worked just fine. My question is I took one pregnancy test a week before my period nothing negative. I'm still feeling the same so I take another test maybe day before period negative and I get my period. Ok so I'm thinking I'm not pregnant but now again another two later dizzy feeling and I'm spotting and cramping. Could this be sign of miscarriage or something else hmm 😒 

I'll be making a doctor appointment soon. Any perspective is welcome

Update went to the er they did everything they said I'm healthy and they still can't explain why I'm dizzy and cramping,bleeding.four days later. I'm sad ,thinking too much. Scheduled appointments for Wednesday it can't get here any sooner 😥
