Ttc #1

This is my first month taking letrozole i have pcos i was told to take the letrozole on cycle day 3 until cycle day 7 witch was 5 days okay my question is does letrozole skip up your ovulating date??? I had a Hsg done witch i found out i have one working fallopian tube witch is my right i had it done on the 21th of this month she wanted me to do it the next 3 days but first day i couldn't because of the procedure witch was cycle day 12 now on cycle 15 did it cycle day 13,14,15 breast tenderness and mild cramps could i be ovulating
