Help me!

Hello ladies! So obviously breast tenderness is really common whilst on your period but mine is never that bad. Though this time my boobs are seriously hurting even just when I'm walking for example. I don't know whether it's because I've recently gone up a up size to an E. Does anyone have any thought as to why this is happening or any remedies ease the pain at all?
