I did, you're fine. Just make sure you're going to a clean place. The risk of listeria is the same whether you're pregnant or not. I love jersey mikes!!

I haven't had it in 7 months. It's the nitrates in it that are super bad for you. Look for alternatives.

I was a little cautious during the first trimester, because EVERYBODY was telling me I couldn't have it. When I talked to my doctor about it she said that almost everything is fine, as long as it's in moderation. My FAVORITE food is a turkey sandwich, so I would have them occasionally during the second trimester, but by the third trimester I felt way more comfortable and ate them whenever I felt like it. I'll be 40 weeks on Monday, and little girl is doing fine. :)

I ate turkey sandwiches during both my pregnancies.  My friend was admitted to the maternity ward with kidney stones and they gave her a turkey sandwich because that what they kept on hand on off hours on the unit!

I eat a few pieces of turkey deli meat every day for breakfast. I'm not worry and neither is my doctor. They warn you to stay away from meats like salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni that are not cooked. Also, those are high in salt so that's usually a no no too.

I did occasionally in my first pregnancy. But this time around I'm not just cus of sodium. Trying to avoid swelling if I can lol
I don't think it's a big deal. Just buy good brands from the store or if you're going out make sure it's a nice deli. Not any different than if you weren't pregnant in my opinion
