I'm 30 weeks pregnant and have been nesting all week, deep cleaning my house and using a mix of one part bleach to ten parts water on the walls, baseboards, floors, and bathrooms to clean. I have been using rubber gloves, but today I ran out and went ahead and used the bleach mixture without gloves. The fumes were stronger than the rest of this week too. I can't seem to get the bleach smell off of my hands, and ever since I started cleaning I've been feeling very sick. Light headed and just low energy. I've been eating regularly and only drink water, definitely staying hydrated. Is bleach safe to use while pregnant? Or is it maybe that I just overworked myself, so that's why I'm feeling sick? Everything I've read has been pretty back and forth...
