HSG then BFP?

Anyone had a HSG done and got pregnant that month? I had mine done yesterday and my dr told me the chances of getting pregnant after are very high the month of having this test done since it can clear your tubes out. Just wanted to hear if anyone has had this happen? We have been TTC for almost 2 years

I had my HSG done on tuesday, and my tubes are clear! I had to mature eggs from being on Femara, and I did a HCG injection on thursday to make them be ready to get fertilized! And now we wait to see if I get pregnant this month! I've read a lot on here where woman are saying the got pregnant shortly after their HSG. 🤞🏻

We've been ttc #2 for 2 & half yearS now I had a hsg done last may, I didn't fall pregnant I later found out i have a blocked left tube and now waiting for surgery to unblock it. But I read lots of different things about the hsg like if it hurts loads it means tubes r blocked.
But thing is mine didn't hurt at all but my left one is blocked
