Hello ladies I was wondering if you could help me

I meant to come on my period on Thursday 23 but no sine and on the Friday 24th February no sine but ive done a pregnancy test yestday but one line is fanit and the other line is red

Today I woke up I had a small amount of bleeding but not alot but is have stoppped but when I wipe my self there is like bright red blood and some dot up loads some pictures see what you think one test is from Friday the others are. From todays
