Second pregnancy - 4 weeks along and really itchy belly already!!!!!

I had the horribly itchy belly my last pregnancy, I believe it began later, like maybe end of second trimester, beginning of third due to my ever expanding belly. I believe I'm only 4w2d along but I'm already having the itchies down each side of my belly! Has anyone else had it this early? Obviously I'm going to be setting up my first appointment as soon as Monday rolls around and I'll definitely ask my doctor about it but it's just weird. Plus my belly at this point already looks defined prego, but not super huge, but on the cusp of "it's either a huge beer belly or she may be prego" and I had a nice flat tummy a couple of weeks ago and I know you show sooner with each pregnancy but damn!
