In serious pain!

I'm going to the hospital in the morning, but I started bleeding heavy, clots, and a very very very strong pain in my left lower pelvic area. I would put it on a scale 1-10 about a 7 or 8. Took a opk and it was dark positive but I'm bleeding so WTH. Im in such pain and scared it might be something serious that could result to a hysterectomy. (Alot of women in in my family has had them at my age (23)). would be my second surgery to remove something. Had my GB out back in October.
