ICSI HELP!!!!!

We have recently found out that our chances of conceiving naturally are 'unlikely' and fertility treatment is most likely the only option. The issue we have is that my partners sperm have poor motility. After some research it looks as though ICSI would be a better option than IVF. Does anybody have any experience with this process? My head is spinning and I'm in need of some motivation and success stories x
