Sex and cramps/pain?

Hello ladies! I'm 13+1 and last night while being intimate with my husband I started to have a pain/cramps, like a pulling feeling, on my sides. We tried a few different positions and would have to stop for the same reason. It's very frustrating bc I'm finally in the mood! Lol. Has anyone else felt this? I see my Dr. on Saturday so I was also going to ask then. Thanks!😊
