any green thumbs out there?

Any other ladies like growing things? Normally I plant flowers and few veggies outdoors. Not an indoor growing lady. But this pot was on sale at Kroger, the identification tag was gone, but since it was so cheap I got it anyways cuz another lady said it shld regrow. What shld I do for a plant like this? I've never tried to regrow something after it's been cut. And I can't put it outside yet. Live in northern Indiana so it's still too cold. Thanks ladies!!!
