Pain and tightening

I am 31 weeks Wednesday but right now I am having this weird tightening sensation on my pelvic bone area at the most right it can go. It feels like if the baby moves down there but then in that certain area it starts hurting so bad. Like a super sharp pain. Its been happening since yesterday. Is this normal 3rd trimester stuff.
