I'm looking into waist trainers I wanna know before I buy one if they are worth it and if anyone has seen any improvement if so how fast??

I have the squeem, i like it!! Not sure how much it has helped, i'm below my pre pregnancy weight but i have also been working out & eating healthy so i'm not sure how much of that was from the waist trainer but if nothing else it helps smooth everything out under clothes!
