Prepping before TTC, advice?

We are 7 months out from starting TTC advice on what to do? Is 3 months ahead of time enough to get my Skyla IUD removed or should I do it before? Any tips appreciated!

6 months out i weaned off unnecessary medications (spiromolactone for acne and cut way back on my adderall). And started prenatals. 4 months out got off the pill. 3 months out cut coffee to 3 cups a day 2 months out cut coffee back to 2 cups a day. 1 month out went on our DREAM vacation and bam pregnant first go around👍 i did emd up miscarrying but I don't think there is anything differently I could have done and was pekbably just a fluke
