It's generally most reliable after around 16 w. There's still a margin for error with girls the earlier you try. You can get a blood test at 10w but make sure to check with insurance , first, as they're part of genetic testing packages and often not.covered if you're not high risk.

I found out at 10 weeks via blood test. My anatomy scan wasn't until 21 weeks

I found out at 16 weeks, via blood test but ultrasound at my doctors office I would have had to wait until 20-21 weeks. I've heard of people finding out between 15-20 weeks, but I don't trust early ultrasound personally.
