Should husbands of SAHM's help with housework?

I got into an interesting discussion with one of my friends about this. If wife is a SAHM and husband works full time should he husband have to do anything around the house(cooking, cleaning, etc.)?

My view is absolutely, he lives there. While he is at work in the one taking care of the kid(s)...that's my job. Why should he get to relax when he comes home and I'm still stressed out, running around, serving him, and doing everything by myself? It should be an equal split so both partners have a chance to relax, and the housework burden isn't as bad with two people splitting it.
