Labor?

For about an hour now while sitting walking around and showering I have had this tightening in my tummy and sharp to full pains coming and going in my lower abdomen and wrapping around toward my back!!?

I'm 37+4 but have been measuring a week ahead. I have had some gas sorry tmi but this doesn't feel like gas pains. When the pain hits it almost makes me wanna curl up in a ball and makes it so I feel as if I can't stand straight up.

Is it Braxton hicks? Lasts for like 30 to 45 seconds and comes less than every 10 mins or so. I feel stupid going in or calling and it just being gas......
