It depends on how your body processes alcohol. A best friend of mine had a glass of wine every night (occasionally two) with her second baby and he is perfectly healthy. I wouldn't recommend anything in excess, but also wouldn't beat yourself up if you have an occasional glass.

You can have a glass of red wine but not everyday. I've only had like 3 glasses of wine throughout my pregnancy (I'm 25w) but 2 of the 3 times I mixed it with ginger ale. 
I had no idea I was pregnant and had been drinking liquor (cocktails)/wine a lot & the minute I found out, I stopped (this was back in sept/oct). 
I no longer care for wine nor plan to drink even after the baby is born/past breast feeding stages. The pregnancy will change you.
