PCOS blues

I have pcos and transvag ultrasound showed that I have cysts on my ovaries. A few doctors told me that I wouldn39t be able to have children but God prove them wrong and blessed me with 2! But now, pcos is taking a toll on me. My appearance is changing (weight gain n hirsutism) and we39re ttc #3. What are the chances that I will conceive naturally? Sorry this is so long, feeling depressed n had to vent.
