BPM (heartbeat) a real sign of Gender?!

This is my second pregnancy. And with the first the BPM was 138ish and I had a little boy.

This pregnancy (10w3d) the heartbeat is around 155bmp.

Is it a wives tale about the heartbeats being an indicator to gender or is it proven to be correct?!

What is your little ones BMP/heartbeat and if you know the gender post it as well!!

Mine was 185 at 10 weeks so I'm guessing it's going to be a girl

No. All four of my previous babies had similar heartbeats - 2 boys and 2 girls. It is still fun to guess though! 😊

I've heard that wive's tale, too! This is my third pregnancy and I have 2 boys. With both, their heart rates stayed in the 130-140s range. At my 9 week appointment, this one's HR was 179. I'm hoping that means it's a girl!

I think at 9 weeks baby's heartbeat was 176. My mom said my heartbeat was like that and it sounded like a girl ! I'm about 12 weeks now and have an appointment today! So we'll see if it's still up there ! Haha
