Is a sore throats a sign of pregnancy if it happens at the time of ovulation?

I've had other signs too! Cramps, strange stretching feelings in my stomach, on and off breast pains! I mean I know it's the time of my ovulation but the sore throats is new and I NEVER get sore throats and after the flu jab I had late last year I shouldn't be getting them at least not this painful!
