My boyfriend pretends to call the police?

Anytime my boyfriend and I get into a fight, he records what I say on his phone or pretends to call the police on me. Has anyone ever had issues with this?

Please take that as a warning sign..my best friend's husband did/does that and he is abusive... she finally had the strength to leave after having two kids...mind you he was like this before the kids but she kept all this info a secret until I came back into town
