New mom and baby has reflux

So I think my newborn daughter has silent reflux it started this morning when I was changing her it looked liked she was choking on her spit and then it happened again a little later after she had her bottle I looked online and that's what I think she has. I just need advice I'm too scared to sleep because I don't want her to choke anyone else with kids that had this and how did you deal with it ?
