Warning TMI but what just came out of me?

I have always had discharge now that I'm pregnant it's even more of course. And it's always been a yellow or slight green color. I never knew this was bad so never brought it up to the Dr but I'm going to call tomorrow and tell him since I just read it's not normal. Anyways I'm 31 weeks And when I went to the restroom apart from regular discharge I saw a penny sized white pile of discharge on my underwear is this normal?. Like a little ball of white discharge. And also someone bumped into me with a shopping cart straight to my tummy at the store today so I've been having pains ALL DAY I can't stand it sometimes. But they don't feel like contractions just sharp pains or dull back pains. But point is my question was is the white ball of discharge normal. It was so gooey and gross.
