My 50lb dog stepped on my uterus, should I be worried?

My dog isn't normally allowed on the bed. This morning she got up here while I was half out of it and walked accross me to my husband. She stepped right on my uterus and it hurt! I'm 4 weeks pregnant. Should I be worried?

My 50lb husky did the same thing. At your stage baby is tucked away below the pelvic bone so you'll be ok.

You should be fine. I was in a bad car wreck at 7 weeks and we were fine. I'd only be worried if you start bleeding but you should be ok
