Nothing to worry about. It looks like a uterine contraction...a picture was just taken at the right time. Fyi your uterus does that the whole pregnancy to "practice" for labor.
It's just your body. The black stuff around your baby is fluid. So the whiter stuff is just body stuff. It's all just shaped weird. If your doctor doesn't say anything about it, I wouldn't worry about it.
