Do any EBF moms give their baby formula before bed to help them sleep longer? Thinking of doing this (advice from a friend) comments or suggestions wanted please :) thank you!

I do nurse my baby to sleep tho.  I gues this is a "no-no" because they will be dependent on it but I don't care.  I love that our last moments together of each day are nursing and I really let her take as long as she needs, I don't pull her off to allow her to tank up for the night.

We dream feed! She sleeps in bed with us, and will wake up for maybe 5 mins, suckle, and then fall back asleep. It works best for both of us, cuz we both like our sleep :)

No, I enjoy my time with him too much. It won't last forever. I will deal with being tired at work for him. I also worry my supply will decrease if I do this, or have to get up and pump anyways.
