TTC with vaginismus?

Has anyone here gotten pregnant and have vaginismus?

I am not sure if I can do it normally, we are not even able to have sex, so how can I even get pregnant! 😓

It would be nice to get you guys opinion

Update: guys! I am finally pregnant after a year of TTC! The way it happened was, the doctor had been trying to do a vaginal ultrasound on me for a while to look at my painful ovarian cysts. But because of vaginismus they always had a hard time putting the camera in and I would be sent home.

This time they tried again in April, and a very knowledgeable ultrasound technician performed it. She knew every bone and muscle in the vagina, and she guided me through the entire thing. It was painful but this time she was able to get the camera in! I was so happy! When that doctor showed me the ultrasound she said my cysts have shrunken. I also spotted couple of follicles on my left ovary so I figured I am due to ovulate soon. I went home that night and told my husband maybe we should try tonight, I might be a little more open and I think am close to ovulation. Usually my husband barely is able to go in an inch, this time I would say he was able to go in a little more. Not all the way for sure, but I think because the pathway to the tubes was now open as I had the vaginal ultrasound 7 hrs ago, the sperm was able to swim, and I was able to successfully get pregnant! I would recommend​ getting some kind of procedure done to open up the pathways a little more. Goodluck to u ladies!
