Need help having anxiety attack... :'/

I got panic attacks after my dad died in 2009 (13 years old). Threw out the years I've gotten it under control... but I just started Clomid. I CAN NOT control my anxiety. I even took my anxiety emergency medication (Ativan). No help. I haven't had panic like this in over 3 years... besides 1x when i was coming down off cocaine!!!(only tried once) don't do drugs. What do I do??? I'm even scared to go to sleep at this point. Nothing feels real, I am scared not even sure why. Help. I don't remember what even used to help. I've been able to just ignore it and it goes away. :'((
