needing reassurance

I am 10w4d and all last week I could find the baby's heartbeat on my Doppler, the past 4 days I have searched and searched with no results. I have had no signs of miscarriage but also don't feel "pregnant" symptoms as much as I did. I see many stories about going in for an ultrasound and the baby is still inside just with no heart beat. Any positive outcomes or words of encouragement?
