Irregular and not consistent contractions, anyone else?

I was monitored today in labor and delivery due to my baby doctor being on vacation, apparently I am having contractions they are irregular and not consistent but they are there! Anyone else?

I had a monitor where I was having contractions regularly at 33 weeks. They ended up giving me an iv because as it turns out I was massively dehydrated after having the flu

I was monitored for an hour and a half having painless contractions that I didn't even know I was having every 2-3 minutes! That was a week ago and I'm still waiting on my baby!
