What is this?

I woke up the other day with what looked like a bug bite on my arm. It doesn't itch but is very swollen. I drew lines to see if it was getting bigger, this pic is from yesterday and it's definitely bigger. It's a bit bigger today but not as red. We get a lot of spiders at my house so I was thinking maybe it was a spider bite? This is now the third day with it. Any idea as to what it could be?

This happened on my leg a few years ago! I was told it was an infected hair follicle at first but it ended up being a staph infection! 😝 If it's warm to touch and keeps getting bigger, see a doctor!

Maybe you should go see a dr /: I don't think it's supposed to keep getting bigger if it's a bed bug bite

So maybe it was a spider bite? I was able to pop it like a pimple like you said and it's starting to settle down a bit. Still a bit hard around it though

Doesn't look like a spider bite to me bc I've had spider bites and they generally look like huge pimples and get hard then you have to pop it for the poison to come out and it hurts
