Teacher Advice

Opinions from other teachers please...is it okay do take maternity leave the first year at a new school if pregnancy happens? Been TTC for 9 months so far and hasn't happened yet. Wanting to look around at other schools closer to home but worried that if I get pregnant I'll have to take leave my first year at a new school. I also currently have 5 weeks paid leave banked up at my current school and not sure what to do! Wait another year for new job or look now? Any advice/opinions? :)
