Cervix Check

I had my 36 week cervix check today and so far I'm not dilated. I started having really bad back pain after the check though whereas prior to I felt fine. Has anyone else had this happen? And no spotting afterwards but I did notice that my underwear was damp after the 4 block drive to work, I haven't noticed any other dampness though.
