Bbt and cm chart? Help

Hi! I am new to charting bbt I've never done it until this last month with glow but I was hoping someone could help me figure out how to interpret this chart?? The OPKs were confusing this month got six days of high fertility smiley from CBD never got a solid. Today is cd 20 out of 29... Any help would be great ​​

Well my temp keeps rising so I hope that's good I had a temp of 98.5 today, and I took an ovulation test even though I know I ovulated already, bc I've heard they will be positive if you're pregnant. A few days ago they were really negative and today while still negative it's darker than before.. Had some full cramping on the right side so here's to hoping! AF due 2/1 so when should I test to see if I get my BFP? ​

I don't see a clear temp shift this month that would confirm that you ovulated. Your chart is a little rocky. But FX for you and I hope you get answers soon!!

@camden- I do... I don't always wake up at the same time but I take it first thing when I wake up and this is what I got.

If you can't take your temp at the same time, then you need to do first thing when you wake up after 4-5 hours of sleep.

I'm sorry I can't help with an answer - but how did you get the graph with cm and bbt? I haven't seen it and would love to find it!!

This is what I've got since I started using glow this cycle. I can't chart every day at the same time-- my schedule varies too much. It's easier to chart cm daily than bbt for me. I can say that during my fertile days on glow my temps were low 97s and since then have been 98s

Lauren - there is not enough data. I can't see a clear dip nor spike this month.

Are you taking your temperature at the exact same time every morning? With a thermometer with 2 decimals?
