missed miscarriage 😭

So went for an early u/s yesterday as had a feeling something wasn't right, I'm meant to be 10 weeks on Sunday, had a internal u/s and unfortunately baby was measuring at 7wks 6days with no heartbeat 😭 I'm absolutely heartbroken, I feel so numb, lost, hurt and angry. Was given all these options on what to do next which went in one ear and out the other but now thinking as hard as it will be I'm just gonna wait it out and let my body do it naturally. I knew it would be hard if this ever happened to me but didn't realise it would be this hard, thankfully my o/hs family is so supportive and caring
