Not feeling pregnant at all

I am 7w4d with our first baby. I saw the baby and the heartbeat (just saw, not heard or measured) at 6w4d. Blood work has been good. I go again at 8w3d for another ultrasound.
But I have no symptoms at all. Up until 5 weeks, I had sore, enlarged breasts and nipples, major appetite, and heartburn, but that's all gone. I mean I'm tired, but I feel like I'm always tired regardless! Now I have occasional heartburn, random bursts of hunger or no hunger at all (but no nausea or morning sickness really at all), maybe some constipation here and there (sorry), bloating a little on some days, some cramping, a little discharge (sorry again), and some considerable back pain, but are those even real symptoms? That just feels like regular every day stuff.
I am getting so anxious. In fact, my anxiety is my worst symptom, aside from obsessive googling and reading here. I realize I've never been pregnant and don't know what to feel, and my doctor said symptoms are in no way indicative of a healthy pregnancy nor should I feel the need to wish to be miserable just to reassure myself but that's exactly what I'm doing.
So is this normal? Can I feel like this and everything could still be okay?
