FTMs: are you opting for neutral baby gear (car seat, pack n play, furniture) so it can be used for later children?

I've been working on my registry (I'm 10 weeks 3 days so I know it's still early but my mom asked me to make one so she can go ahead and start buying some stuff) and at first I was adding neutral things with the intent to change the color once we find out the sex, but now that I'm thinking about it I think I will just go neutral. Especially for expensive items like the car seat - $150, I picked black/grey, jogging stroller - $230, I picked grey, pack n play - $100, I picked black and teal, and the jumperoo- $85, I picked jungle themed. It just doesn't make any sense to me to buy gendered gear and furniture when my next child (which as of right now I plan to have 2-3 years after this one) could be of the opposite sex and I'd have to buy all new stuff.
