Sweet or like "vinegary" smelling baby!

My baby is 12 weeks old and he smells sweet when he sweats. I've looked it up and tried so hard to find an answer. Somebody please help me. I've been with many babies and have never smelled this sweet smell. Does anyone else have an infant that smells sweet? Or like vinegar? Toddler? Infant? Please...Normal or not? Could he be diabetic? My brother is diabetic so it's possible...
