What wrong with my throat?

ive had these for days ive went to the hospital to check whats wrong with it and they only did a strep throat test, checked my throat and said theres nothing wrong with it but ive been feeling as if my throat gets smaller and food or drinks is kinda hard to swallow what could it be? Today it still feels the same and the balls in the back dont enlarge or get smaller at all its been about 5-6 days already please help. thanks.
