Am I really obese??

Why do doctors do that.. if ur bmi is over 30.. Ur automatically obese.. i know I'm curvy chunky.. but I hate when doctors say that.. so I'm 5'1....180. And this picture was taken 2 weeks ago on our honeymoon. I'm actively trying to lose weight and ttc baby #1. . Do I look obese to everyone ?
