Anyone know what this is?

I had a hang nail the other day, which i ripped out that wasn't very painful or give me any problems afterwards. Im wondering if its from that somehow? 
My finger is swollen around the greenish/white area on the right side.

It's infected... i usually try to drain it and then soak in Hydrogen Peroxide

It's infected. Take a. Eedlenand kinda of push it in there to release the fluid and honestly you can soak your finger in vinegar and it will draw out the infection. It burns but I've had a million(hangnails, ingrown nails) and it works.
